We will always aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it, subject to availability of stock. If we have a note of your email address we will notify you as soon as your order has been despatched.

Please note that whilst the Royal Mail parcel reference number is contained in the ‘confirmation of despatch’ email, we do not detail the items purchased, just in case the order is intended as a gift for a lucky recipient who may share your email address!

A signature will be required upon delivery.

*Please note that we have no control over local customs authorities and cannot be held responsible should they wish to confiscate any particular item, delay shipment or charge local import duties. VAT @ 17.5% will be deducted at the time of placing your order if you reside outside the EU.

OUR GUARANTEE & RETURNS PROCEDURE

Any item you purchase from us is protected by a 30-day full satisfaction policy upon receipt (extended over the Christmas period) guaranteeing you a full refund or replacement as long as the item is unused, unworn and is returned in a saleable condition in the original presentation box.

We are very sorry, but for hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.

Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

To return an item from within the UK please call Customer Care on +44 (0)8453 707071 and we will arrange to send you a Returns Authorisation letter together with a Freepost label enabling you to return the item(s) to us at no cost to yourself. Please note that the original delivery charge on an order is not refundable.

We are currently unable to offer a free returns service for overseas orders. However, if you return an item for an exchange, you will not be charged for the second despatch.

If you telephone our Customer Care team on +44 (0)8453 707071, or email customercare@eternalcollection.com then they will give you a Returns Authorisation number and also reserve any exchange item for you ahead of receiving your returned parcel.

When returning a parcel from overseas we would respectfully request that you use a registered postal service rather than a courier/delivery service.
