How To Shop Online
Online shopping with Eternal Collection is really easy. Just follow these simple steps.
1. Choose the item(s)
Move your cursor over the range on the left hand 'Product' menu, and click on the product group heading of your choice, i.e. Necklaces.
If you wish to purchase an item, click on the ‘Add to Basket’ symbol on the right hand side and you will be taken to your ‘Shopping Basket’. The item will automatically have been added to your shopping basket with a quantity of "1". Should you wish to order more than one of an item, simply change the quantity in the drop down box to the quantity you wish to order and click on the "Update" button.
- Click on the 'More Info' button shown under all images and you will be taken to the individual page for that item. If you wish to view a larger image of the item, click on the image again on the item page.
- If you wish to purchase an item, click on the ‘Add to Basket’ symbol on the right hand side and you will be taken to your ‘Shopping Basket’. The item will automatically have been added to your shopping basket with a quantity of "1".
- Should you wish to order more than one of an item, simply change the quantity in the drop down box to the quantity you wish to order and click on the 'Update' button.
- Should you want to remove an item from your shopping basket click on the orange 'X' on the RHS and click on the 'Update' button.
- If you want to continue shopping, simply click on the 'Continue Shopping' button at the bottom of the Shopping Basket page, or choose the product group you require from the menu at the left of the page.
- If the item you require is showing as "not in stock" you will not be able to add the item to your basket. However, you will see a 'Notify when in stock' button and if you click on that and enter your details where indicated then we will email you as soon as we receive stock back in.
2. Your Shopping Basket
- When you have finished shopping, click on 'My Basket’ in the top menu to access your basket.
- Check the content of your basket.
- Select Gift Wrapping if applicable.
- Enter a promotional code (if you have one).
- When you are entirely happy click on the green 'Checkout' button.
3. Login/Register or Continue
New Customer
If you would like to register on the site and create your own account, in future your address/ delivery address details etc. will automatically populate for you and you will not need to enter them every time you order. You will also be able to check the progress of your order, view any previous orders and update your details at any time. Click on the 'New Customer Register' button, fill in the fields on the form and complete by clicking on the green 'Register My Details' button at the bottom of the page. Check the details on the form are correct and if you are happy then click on the green 'Continue' button to proceed.
Existing Customer
If you have already registered on the site then type your login ID and password and click on the 'Log In' button. Check the details that are on the form and if you are happy with them then click on the green 'Continue' button to proceed.
Continue without setting up an Account
If you prefer to enter your billing/delivery address and contact details every time you order then click on the 'Continue without setting up an Account button', enter all the details required to enable us to fulfil your order and then click on the green 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page.
4. Shipping and Message Instructions
- Check again that the order is correct.
- If you wish to insert a Gift Message (if you previously selected for Gift Wrapping) then type your message in the 'Your Message' box.
- If you want to include a message to us regarding your order then type it in the 'Order Notes' box.
- Choose the relevant description from the 'How did you hear about us' drop-down list.
- When you are happy click on the green 'Pay for Order' button at the bottom of the page.
5. Make Payment
- In ‘Transaction Amount’ check that the amount about to be charged is correct.
- In ‘Select Payment Method’ click on the type of card you are wanting to pay with.
- Enter the card number, Valid From date (where applicable), the last 3 digits of the security code on the signature strip on the reverse of your card.
- Click on the ‘Proceed’ button at the bottom right of the page.
- Check that all the details on the Transaction Details page are correct, and when happy click on the ‘Proceed’ button at the bottom right of the page.
6. We’ll do the rest!
- We will email confirmation of receipt of your orders within a few seconds.
- We will also send a further email when your order is actually dispatched – usually within 24 hours of placing your order.
